Our Grooming Promise

Your satisfaction is very important to me. The best grooming results come from clear communication, so I always encourage you to share photos or preferences for your dog’s style. Notes are kept after each visit to help maintain consistency over time.

Because grooming is a service, all completed grooms are non-refundable. Payment at checkout confirms that you’re satisfied with the service provided.

That said, I’m always happy to make small adjustments if something isn’t quite right.

If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. Adjustments must be scheduled within 2–3 days so I can make any minor refinements while the groom is still fresh.

Adjustments are intended for small touch-ups (such as light scissoring or detail work). They do not include full restyles, changes to the originally requested length, or additional bathing services.
